Equipment Available

2”-10” Dowel Mill

Will process logs up to 15” in diameter.  Adjustable head produces any finished diameter up to 10” in increments of customer’s choice. 

4”-8” Dowel Mill

Will process logs up to 12” in diameter.  Produces finished diameters from 4” to 8” in increments of customer’s choice. Option available to convert to a 2”-8” mill.

2”-6” Dowel Mill

Will process logs up to 9” in diameter.  Produces finished diameters from 2” to 6” in increments of customer’s choice.

Pointer/Domer

Semi automatic or fully automatic available with several head options:  up to 7.5” diameter, 8.5” diameter, or 10.5” diameter.  All pointers will point down to 1” diameter at the point.  Our pointers give you the option of point only, dome only, or point and dome.  Option of tenon end mill attachment available.

Belt or chain, infeed or outfeed conveyors, and live decks:
Any size (length or width) to meet customer needs.  With or without unloading devices.  Available with optional end trim saws.

Sorter

Diameter and length sorters will sort up to 10” diameters.

Multiple Spindle Gang Drill

1 – 6 spindle machines, adjustable for any variable hole spacing, minimum spacing of  5”.  Quick bit change system, with or without feed system

Splitting Saw

Split fence rails from 3” to 8” diameter.

Tenon Mill

Turns the ends of rails for inserting into predrilled posts used in decorative fencing.  Can be installed on post pointer/domer.

Conveyors & Live Decks

Belt, chain, or hour glass roll conveyors are available to complete your equipment package.
